OmniAg has no logins, accounts, or sign-up forms. We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, email address, or any other personal information, and we do not run advertising or marketing trackers.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like virtually all web hosts, Vercel may automatically process standard technical request data (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) for security, abuse-prevention, and to operate the service. This is handled by our hosting provider; see Vercel's privacy documentation for details. We do not use this data to identify you.

OmniAg displays live charts using TradingView widgets, which load directly from TradingView. These embeds may set their own cookies and process usage data on TradingView's behalf, governed by TradingView's Privacy Policy. We do not control these cookies and do not receive the data they collect. If you block third-party cookies in your browser, the rest of OmniAg will continue to function; only the embedded TradingView charts may be affected.

OmniAg itself sets no first-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Historical prices and the gold/silver ratio are fetched on our server from public market-data endpoints (Yahoo Finance and Stooq) and returned to your browser as anonymous numbers. No personal data is involved in this process.

Because we do not collect or store personal data, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. If you have a privacy question, you can contact us at the address below. For data processed by third parties (e.g. TradingView, Vercel), please refer to their respective privacy policies.

OmniAg is a general-audience informational site and is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect any data from them.
